The Islamic Republic of Iran is shocked by the implications of involvement put forth by the Norwegian Intelligence Agency. Iran is against all acts of terror, no matter the identity of the victims. The Islamic Republic has never and will never threaten another country, nor will it support any acts of violence against civilians. Again, we offer our condolences to the victims of the bombings in Turkey.
