On behalf of the Islamic Republic of Iran, we would like to offer our assistance to your country in order to free the hostages being held by Israel. As you may have read from the recent New York Times article, one of the hostages being held is of Iranian descent. We also recognize that many of them are of Turkish ethnicity, and we hope to assist our Muslim neighbors.
We would like to collaborate on any intelligence our countries may have at this time, to better identify on what next actions to take."
