Presidential Statement from Francois Hollande, President of the Republic of France.
As we mark the third anniversary of the tragic Gaza flotilla raids carried out by Israel's IDF against humanitarian aid workers, news has just arrived that another similar incident has struck. France is deeply concerned with the actions of Israel, and strongly condemns all violent action against presumably unarmed civilians. Three French citizens, donating their time and effort to provide relief to the Palestinian people in the Gaza strip, were tragically killed in the attack. The French President sends his condolences to the families of the victims.
France calls for an impartial investigation into the raid in hopes of finding further clarification into the attack.
