PRESS RELEASE - Turkish MFA

Turkish Foreign Minister Davutoglu has called for transparent elections in Iran's upcoming elections. Davutoglu has said that fair elections could be a prelude to more regional cooperation between Turkey and Iran. Davutoglu has offered Turkish observers to be independent third party observers. Davutoglu concluded, "As part of regional stability, transparent and fair elections are a necessity."
