The competency of Secretary of State John Kerry has been completely blown wide open. Secretary Kerry has motioned to mobilize fleets of naval carriers to Mediterranean and Persian Gulf, unaware that there are carriers stationed there already. Furthermore, it has also been reported that Secretary Kerry may be leaking confidential discussions within the US Cabinet to his counterparts in Turkey and perhaps elsewhere.
