PRESS RELEASE - Turkey strongly condemns flotilla raid and bombings in Ankara
Turkey strongly condemns the bombings that occurred in Ankara this morning as well as the Israeli attack on a flotilla from Turkey to Gaza.
Foreign Minister Davutoglu has stated that “We are seriously concerned with the attack on the humanitarian flotilla that has killed various states citizens, including Turkish citizens. We are investigating the matter and will respond appropriately. We are also investigating outside involvement in the bombings in Ankara. The Turkish people will not stand for this.”
Turkish law enforcement and intelligence are investigating the matter and have stated that they will act swiftly and retaliate against involved parties.
